Those whose faith have bonded them with the natural world have developed a primal connection with what lurks deep inside themselves. After consuming Zevanna’s draught that is partially composed of the sap from Wurmwood, one can directly tap into the animalistic forces within.

When their lives are threatened, their dormant connection can be awakened to embrace their primality. They're overtaken by the hunger of a beast as their body shifts to a savage and feral state. They do not lose control of their minds, but many of their culturally ingrained moral and ethical principles that acted as barriers fade away to release them upon their enemies uninhibited.

They return to their human form once safe, often feigning amnesia, but they remember too well all their horrific acts, including the taste of human flesh still lingering on their tongue.
